Delivery Policy

Orders are dealt with in rotation where possible, and are normally delivered by road.
Our delivery charges are based on the total value of the order placed with us. ( See chart below )
All orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered once dispatched, longer for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for your delivery to arrive. ( upto three weeks in extream cases )
All delivery dates are given as a guide and we can not guarantee any date given.
All delivers will require a signer on acceptance of your order.
We delivery to mainland UK, Scottish Highland & Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
We don’t deliver to Southern Ireland
We offer upgrade on all dispatch which can be purchased at extra charge.
Your order can be tracked at http://www.fedex.com/ukservices/ your tracking number can be issued appone request.
Delays may be possible due to acts of god, e.g. Heavy Rain, Snow, Ice, flood and drought.
If a delivery attempt is made and fail due to incorrect address being provided they will be a re-delivery charge at standard rate for your area.
We send an email once your order has been dispatched, you may also recevice a text message for the delivery company.
